DR Cure 100

LOW-VOC, EMULSIFIED, DISSIPATING RESIN CURING COMPOUND

DR Cure 100 is a low-VOC, emulsified, resin-based, dissipating resin membrane forming compound for curing new concrete. It is a scientific blend of special resins and modifiers designed to retard the evaporation of moisture from the surface of concrete for the full curing period. As it cures, the surface is simultaneously sealed and protected from construction stains during the early stages of construction. This film is recommended for use when the surface receives a covering, coating, or penetrating water repellent.

Advantages

Low-VOC: 88 grams/liter [cite: 26]
Dissipating resin membrane begins to break down in 1-2 months [cite: 34]
Low viscosity suitable for spray at temperatures as low as 40°F [cite: 15]
Seals and protects from construction stains [cite: 16]
Retards moisture evaporation for full curing period [cite: 13]
Easy application via roller or hand sprayer [cite: 31]
Compatible with subsequent coverings once dissipated [cite: 20]

Applications

Curing freshly placed concrete surfaces [cite: 18]
Recommended when surfaces receive secondary coverings or coatings [cite: 19]
Ideal for projects requiring penetrating water repellents [cite: 19]
Industrial and professional concrete curing [cite: 49, 53]
